Hi, My name is Amy, a not so typical student dedicated to clean eating, who loves food, photography, and graphics… and combining them all together.
After suffering with fatigue for countless years I decided to clean up my act (aka eating), and get back all the energy I lost eating unhealthy and processed food. My recipes range from being low carb, low calorie, dairy free and gluten free; which can all be adjusted to your needs.
While I love creating new and healthy recipes, I don’t really want to spend all day in the kitchen so most of these are quick and easy, with some taking a little longer, using simple and easy to find ingredients.
I originally developed this website to store all my recipes in one place, but as things progressed I now post twice a week; being either recipes for; breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and occasionally sweet treats (desserts).
I cook most days for the family, who are my most favoured critiques. The best thing about these recipes is that you don’t even realise that they’re healthy and everyone loves them.
